Leyda is an up-and-coming cool coastal region largely devoted to sauvignon blanc. The nose is cool and reserved, with dill, green pepper and cucumber notes. It’s medium weight, a bit sweet and hot, with a peppery green finish. Chill well. LCBO 275909
