Caliterra 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva
Another successful wine from re-launched Caliterra, a huge estate in southern Chile that was originally a Mondavi joint venture. A vital but not overly aggressive or tannic cabernet with savoury herbs, blackcurrant, capers and menthol notes. Light to mid-weight (thin for cabernet) yet well balanced. Now to 2013. LCBO 257329
