Willow Springs 2006 Vidal
More famous for icewine, the vidal grape has not historically made many good table wines. In a blind tasting, one might place this as a chablis or an inexpensive Austrian white. There is a hard-edged, flinty nose, with pear and floral notes, and bready complexity. Mid-weight, with faint sweetness, good acid balance and length. LCBO 28290
