Vineland Estates 2007 Dry Riesling
One of the lightest, freshest rieslings on the shelf, with lifted aromas of apple and pineapple and a hint of exotic ginger-wasabi-like spice. A bit of spritz—like Portugal’s vinho verde—joins crisp acidity to make it mouth-wateringly zesty. Fruit lingers well, along with some grapefruit and minerality. The similarly packaged and priced semi-dry version is a little rounder. LCBO 167551
