Allan Jackson (formerly of Jackson-Triggs) mixed four varieties to make this fresh, even-handed, barely off-dry white. Gewürz provides the aromatic lift, riesling the acid backbone, chardonnay some roundness, and sauvignon the minty greenness. It’s pristine, balanced and refreshing. LCBO 197145
