STRATUS 2007 RED
This iconic red from Niagara’s excellent red 2007 vintage is all about French-school finesse and poise, not power. The fruit flavours conjured from seven grape varieties are calibrated to a perfect raspberry-cherry pitch, then layered with dried herbs, background coffee, licorice and cedar. Best 2012 to 2017.
