Southbrook 2007 Triomphe Sauvignon Blanc
Completing the move from Richmond Hill to Niagara-on-the-Lake, Southbrook has reopened in a stunning new winery. This tight, stony white is a Loire lover’s sauvignon: bright, with leafy, gooseberry, lime and avocado aromas. Expected more ripeness this vintage, but it’s a classic of the style. www.southbrook.com.
