Price Description
This is the first production at the new winery since it moved in 2006 from Richmond Hill to prime acreage on Highway 55. Complex, intense cashew, spice, bacon and woodsmoke are fitted nicely around apple and lemon fruit. Mid-weight and slim, with a touch of sourness and minerality, it would complement roast chicken. www.southbrook.com.
