Inox is a French term for stainless steel tanks; as such, this is a steel-aged chardonnay. Reminiscent of petit chablis: light, crisp and dry, with mild aromas of ripe yellow apple and pear, with a touch of bread and minerality. Decent value all-purpose white. LCBO 594200
