Malivoire 2008 Red
This is a charming, easy-drinking blend of merlot, cabernet sauvignon and gamay with virtually no tannin. It combines raspberry notes with some oak char and vanilla, plus a shake of pepper. It’s juicy, with fine acidity and a dusting of tannin. Careful construction by winemaker Shiraz Mottiar has created a classic Niagara red. LCBO 141523
