Jackson - Triggs 2006 Proprietors’ Reserve Shiraz
Not as profound as good Aussie shiraz or French Rhône, but the lifted white pepper, celery leaf, rosemary and cherry fruit aromas are bang-on for this grape. It’s lighter than many others but nicely balanced, dry and even, with a long, savoury finish. LCBO 89359
