INNISKILLIN 2009 LATE AUTUMN RIESLING

The “late autumn” term means that the vintner picked the grapes a bit later than normal (often in October or even November) to achieve a higher sugar level. But Inniskillin’s riesling is hardly a sweet wine. It is a slim, well-balanced riesling with fresh apple, pear, lemon and subtle clover honey flavours. This one is ideal for those who find most Niagara rieslings too austere. LCBO 219543
