Inniskillin 2008 Late Autumn Riesling
With late autumn rieslings, vintners pick the grapes quite a bit later than normal (often in November) to allow the grapes to develop a higher sugar level. Inniskillin’s version is sweet, with lemon, lavender and grape on the nose and finish. The slightly tart acidity from the cool 2008 vintage holds it together well. Good length. LCBO 219543
