Inniskillin 2007 Chardonnay Reserve
In 2007, the hot, dry summer in Niagara created some chardonnays that could be mistaken as Californian. Inniskillin’s is warm, tender and well balanced, with generous aromas of oak spice, baked apple, lees and vanilla. It’s medium-bodied, fleshy, warm and spicy on the finish, with very good length. Best through 2010. LCBO 317768
