Hillebrand 2007 Trius Riesling Dry
The label says dry, and dry it is. This is a slim, tight, crisp young riesling with cool aromas of petrol, mineral and ripe pear. Light to mid-weight, lean, tart and quite racy, finishing with grapefruit, lemon and minerals. Very good length. Will unwind a bit over the next couple of years, may live up to 10. LCBO 303792
