Henry of Pelham 2007 Pinot Noir
The 2007 vintage shows deeper colour and riper fruit than past vintages, with a distinct California-like sweet cherry nose that’s accented by toast, smoke, chocolate and forest notes. The fruit flavours are almost overripe. It’s mid-weight, with considerable tannin on the finish. Best 2011 to 2014. LCBO 13904
