Henry of Pelham 2006 Sauvignon Blanc

The nose is a bit reserved, with lemon grass, mineral and gooseberry. It’s crisp and very dry—a touch dilute and light—typical of many Niagara 2006s tasted to date. Lemon-lime finish, with moderate to good length. Vintages Essential.
