Creekside 2007 Shiraz
Gets as close to Australian shiraz flavours as Ontario has ever come, but without the Aussie alcohol. Ripe, juicy and supple, with cherry-black pepper, clove and floral flavours. It’s medium weight and fairly supple, with sweet and sour edge. Some dry tannin, as well; very good length. Best now to 2013. LCBO 66654
