CREEKSIDE 2007 SHIRAZ
Creekside has created something that’s as close to Australian shiraz flavours as Ontario has yet come, without the Aussie alcohol. It’s not as soft and rich as Aussie shiraz, but it is ripe, juicy and fairly supple, with cherry, plum, black pepper, clove and floral flavours. Some dry tannin, as well; very good length. Best now to 2013. LCBO 66654
