Coyote's Run 2008 Unoaked Chardonnay
An excellent example that manages to captures chard’s richness and smoothness without oak. Fresh apple aroma is followed by vague bread and honey notes. Its almost silky texture is underpinned by fine acidity, youthful spritz and some alcohol heat on the finish. LCBO 26740
