Coyote’s Run 2007 Pinot Blanc
In this hot vintage, the normally mild-mannered pinot blanc—not often made in Ontario—emerges ripe and delicious. Luxurious aromas of peach and pear fruit include a touch of vanilla bean. With a light to mid-weight body, it’s soft, balanced and generous, with a squirt of lemon-lime acidity on the finish. A great all-purpose summer sipper.www.coyotesrunwinery.com.
