Coyote’s Run 2005 Cabernet
This fifty-fifty cabernet franc–cabernet sauvignon blend shows deep colour. Big, smoky, redcurrant-raspberry fruit nose (plus capers) with typical cab franc green tobacco. Medium bodied, fairly firm and quite smooth. Well-managed soft tannin; considerable heat on the finish. A bit green. Very good length. Now to 2009. LCBO 26757
