Château des Charmes 2007 Aligoté
Aligoté, a minor grape that does well in the cool climate of northern France, is one of the most overlooked whites in Niagara. Years ago, Paul Bosc saw its potential, and voila—mature vines and a good vintage have produced a complex example with aromas of apple pie, shortbread and wet stone minerality. It’s mid- weight, fleshy and warm. LCBO 284950
