CAVE SPRING 2008 PINOT NOIR
There is a touch of acetone (a common problem in Ontario’s 2008 pinots), along with sour cherry, clove spice and light smoke. It’s light bodied and supple, with good pinot flavour profile and depth, with an edgy, sour finish. LCBO 417642
