A mild, elegant sauvignon blanc with just the right amount of refreshment without being too strident. Clean nose of grapefruit, fresh herbs and subtle floral notes. Light to medium bodied, with the flesh of the 2007 vintage. Very good length, with a peppery finish. LCBO 529933
