The best vintage yet of Cave Spring Musqué, a clone with a floral, muscat-like aroma that Cave Spring first isolated in their vineyards and separately bottled. Lemon marmalade, grapefruit and lavender aromas sit within a crisp mid-weight frame, with taut acidity and Beamsville Bench minerality on the finish. Try with milder Thai dishes or sushi.
