Price Description
This verdant vale north of the city is Melbourne’s Napa Valley, focusing on cool-climate pinot noir, chardonnay and sparkling. At under $20, this bottling doesn’t aspire to be great pinot, but it’s natural and balanced, with good sweet-and-sour tension, a dusting of green tannin and some Aussie alcohol heat. Pleasant sour cherry and herbal tea aromas; not much oak. Good length. Vintages.
