Wolf Blass 2007 Yellow Label Cabernet Sauvignon
An icon of the millennial Aussie craze, Wolf Blass’s cab-sauv is now beginning to show more refined characteristics in the manner of a compact European wine. Not a dramatic nose but complex and well integrated, with blackberry, menthol, cedar and leather notes. Mid-weight, taut and sinewy, with an earthy juniper-cassis finish. Very good length. Best 2010 to 2013. LCBO 251876
