Wakefield 2004 Promised Land Cabernet Sauvignon
Lovely if shy nose with blackcurrant, tobacco, chocolate mint, pencil eraser and green tea. Medium-full, svelte and sweet, with sourness and fairly high alcohol. Easy tannin; excellent length. Now to 2011.
