Tempus Two 2007 Cabernet Merlot
The bottle with the copper plate label contains a well-structured, complex Bordeaux-style red with generous aromas of currants, mint, tobacco and green bean, nicely inlaid with subtle oak spice. It’s medium-full bodied, a bit sinewy as cabernet should be, with a dry finish. Very good focus and length. Stash it away for a year or three. Best 2011 to 2014. LCBO 91736
