Peter Lehmann 2006 Shiraz
Barossa makes full-throttle, earthy shiraz, and this offering stays in character, though it’s decked out in complex, creamy mocha, ripe cherry and mint aromas. Medium to full bodied, plush and soft although firmly tannic, dry and hot on the finish. Age it a couple of years; best 2011 to 2015. LCBO 572875
