Price Description
The hot Barossa Valley produces wines with real girth, such as this classic. Rich, complex blackcurrant, juniper-eucalyptus, leather and chocolate flavours are set within a rich, smooth texture. Some ragged tannin and heat on the finish, but the fruit pushes through to excellent length. Pairs well with such strong, gamy flavours as bison and elk. Best 2009 to 2014. LCBO 572875
