Penfolds 2004 Magill Estate Shiraz
A huge, dense shiraz with fine, firmly embedded acidity that should hold for decades. Aromatically closed now, with brooding black cherry, boysenberry, nutmeg and leather; but it’s focused and poised from start to finish. Excellent length. Only at vintages.com.
