D'Arenberg D'Arry's Original 2006 Shiraz - Grenache
The Châteauneuf-du-Pape concept of combining shiraz for structure and grenache for richness makes this a mature, fulsome red with complex aromas of sour cherry, rhubarb, cedar and leather—more Euro than many Aussie reds. A bit tannic, but it’ll be as smooth as silk with a steak or ribs. Now to 2012. Vintages Essentials. LCBO 942904
