Trapiche 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve
Generous character and complexity for a mere $12. It’s a full-bodied, chewy, fairly dense and tannic cabernet with ripe cherry, woodsy scents and mild clove spice on the nose. Good length, but a bit dry and austere right now. Best 2011 to 2013. LCBO 614669
