Very impressive Rhône-like syrah authenticity, power and depth for less than $10. Lifted tarry, smoked meat, clove, olive and black cherry. Medium-full, hot, sweet and sour, dense. Light tannin. Very good length. Budget cellar starter. Best 2009 to 2012.
