Catena 2006 Malbec
Deeply coloured, Catena’s malbec bulldozes onto the palate and leaves it scraped and dry. There’s impressive, lifted mulberry-blackberry on the nose, with herbs, leather and meaty accents. It’s full bodied, sour and tannic, with very good length. Best 2011 to 2014. Vintages Essentials. LCBO 478727
