Editorial Review

The sweet-potato fries draw the biggest raves: perfectly crisp, they’re sublime when dipped in hearty miso gravy. The mushroom and onion burger features an almond and tofu patty with sautéed creminis, slightly caramelized onions and a fistful of nutty alfalfa sprouts. Salads and juices of inspired combinations make getting the recommend daily intake of fruit and vegetables seem like a piece of (nutritious dairy- and preservative-free) cake.
