Editorial Review

This cafeteria-style restaurant features Vietnamese classics at affordable prices. The menu posted behind the counter promises such fare as Vietnamese hot-and-sour soup, and pad Thai with shrimp, chicken or mixed vegetables. The room may be small, but the portions aren’t. And though the quarters are close, all you really need is room to raise a fork or chopstick. Mains $2.50–$6.95.
