Editorial Review

Mermaid statues, photos of seascapes and erotica provide the backdrop for this celebrity hot spot. Notable noshers have included Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones, Kevin Bacon, Mariah Carey and Roger Daltrey. But the menu makes the real splash: grilled fish, heaping platters of octopus and calamari, garlic shrimp, mussels. Even the pastas have a touch of the sea, some prepared with cuttlefish ink. Mains $15–$35; risotto platters for two to four start at $40.
