Editorial Review

The chic and modern decor blows traditional seafood restaurants out of the water. Here, diners select a fish (halibut, tuna, sea bass, red snapper and prawns, among others) and then choose how it is to be prepared—grilled, baked or battered. A side dish (hand-cut fries, root tips, rice and greens) and four signature sauces (including tartar, salsa, jalapeño aïoli and infused olive oil) round out each plate. Mains $14–$29.
