A weekend doorman weeds out the undesirables while the chosen sip cocktails in the white-on-white lounge or on the equally chic back patio. The menu features tapas: grilled shrimp with mango and avocado, spicy pomegranate-molasses cocktail ribs and pepper-seared rare tuna. Bottle service available. Mains $18–$32.
