At the base of baby Whistler, powerhouse pair Oliver and Bonacini marries urban culinary style with country charm, deftly balancing the two to keep bunnies (the skiing kind, and infant ones, too) in snowsuits and Prada-bedecked brokers happy. The menu, while a tad safe, is beautifully executed. Beef carpaccio comes alive with sautéed mushrooms, shaved parmesan and hints of truffle oil.
