Editorial Review

The focus of this Spanish-Cuban tapas restaurant is the sexy, dark oak bar, backed by a wall of sparkling tiles. Candlelight and the sounds of salsa music complete the mood. The tapas selection includes crab cakes, coconut shrimp and warm goat cheese. From the mains comes a selection of seafood, as well as Cuban-style roast chicken. A long list of cocktails includes Mambo’s signature rum drink, Martito: a stir of Havana white rum, triple sec, fresh mint and lime. Mains $15–$20.
