Editorial Review

This subterranean salsa lounge serves up Spanish fare followed by an hour-long free salsa lesson to help diners burn off excess calories. Mains include paella, seared sea bass, steak, and roast chicken breast in Grand Marnier sauce. The list of 30 Spanish tapas is more extensive—fried lemon chicken or chorizo and manchego cheese, say—allowing patrons to eat light so they can dance all night long. Bottle service is available. Mains $16.95–$34.
