Price Description

Transplanted Tibetans and Parkdale locals visit this colourful restaurant for authentic noodle soups, dumplings and stir-fries. While the menu offers vegetarian and poultry options, the staff recommend the beef specialties. In warmer months, the romantic back patio makes an ideal place to indulge in phingsha, a ginger-and-peppercorn-flavoured mélange of beef, mushrooms, noodles and potatoes, or shaptak, a sliced beef and scallion affair sautéed in spicy tomato and ginger sauce. Mains $6–$15.
