Kensington Market scenesters flock to hear live bands and DJs while noshing Asian fusion treats, such as excellent grilled calamari in briny chimichurri sauce, or mango salad with Thai basil, roasted peanuts and spicy grilled tiger shrimp. Presentations are celebratory, mounted with streamers of daikon and beet. Salmon fillet is miso marinated and served with chilled soba noodle salad and toasted sesame vinaigrette. For dessert, a chocolate-banana spring roll with vanilla ice cream.
