expensiveSlick white leather banquettes and bamboo-inspired walls give this restaurant a lively, modern feel. A good selection of martinis and wines accompanies an array of pan-Asian dishes, such as mussels stir-fried with basil or lemon grass sauce, and Penang curry with ginger sticky rice. The house specialty is the split personality Mango Chicken in Phoenix Nest, served with both mango chicken stir-fried in a peanut-hoisin sauce and mango chicken deep-fried and served with satay peanut sauce. Both are served in a potato “phoenix nest.” Mains $5.95–$17.95.
