Start off with one of nine healthful fresh-squeezed offerings—perhaps the Beauty Spa Express, made from spinach, carrots, apple and parsley. A royal helping of vegetable dumplings—finely diced shiitake mushrooms, cabbage and ginger in thin wheat wrappers—arrives crisp and lightly fried. At $7.49 for 15, it’s a boon for the budget minded.
