If you happen to have a hankering for southeastern Chinese food after a day of betting, this smallish place, stranded in a strip mall north of Woodbine Racetrack, will do the trick. Expect more chopsticks than Bombay, as nods to India are elusive on the bewilderingly large Hakka-style menu.
